Hi, my name is Ishaan Joshy, and I have served as a junior senator and am now serving as a senior senator. My favorite part of being in student government is working with my committee, the Internal Operations Committee, to make our government more efficient and streamlined with rules such as our bylaws. In my free time, I like to hike and watch Netflix. 

Hello! My name is Elle Hernandez (they/them), and I’m stoked to be the Co-Chair of Student Affairs this year! This year I hope to build a safe and support environment for all students through fun events and the creation of new NCSSM-M traditions. This will include Motown Mixers, Spirit Weeks, Movie Nights, and whatever else the student body wants :)

Outside of my role in Student Government, I am heavily involved in Spectrum, Indigo Ridge, Theater, Robotics, and Research! Additionally, I am a big Pharmaceutical Engineering nerd, as well as an enjoyer of all things Jewish Religious Studies.

Hi everyone! I'm Manya and I'm so excited to serve as your Director of Communications on Student Government this year! My job is esentially to manage communication between Student Government and the rest of the student body. I love Swedish Fish, taking digital camera pictures and watching shows! Hey everyone I'm Abhi and I'm super excited to be the director of outreach this year! I'm looking forward to coordinate more volunteer opportunities within the local community to get our name out there. I love watching football (Go bills!), exploring nature, and working out.

 Hi everyone! My name is Dhaya Alleni, and I’m excited to serve as your Director of Elections this year. I’m from Concord, and a few of my favorite things are sleeping, drinking matcha, and listening to music. For this position, my goal is to make the elections process more fun and a little less stressful, while also helping us build a strong SGA this year and in the years to come!

I am originally from Greensboro, and I am so excited for this upcoming year and hope to make our campus more inclusive while promoting mental and physical wellbeing.
